I created the social media presence now known as "The Grieving Reader" days after my mom died. I was 20 years old and barely getting my footing as an adult in a post-pandemic world. I have adjusted to a life without my mom, not because I wanted to, but because I had to. I need to carry on her work and words. Our love of literature bonded us and I want to share the love we had with you. Are you obsessed with books and want to know what is worth buying? Are you grieving and in need of a distraction?
